2. Poor planning on the city's part was the bad part. They managed to book two other items in the same venue, leading to no parking in the structure one hour before show time.

4. Once the concert started, Lionel, being the snowman that he is, was able to put all that behind us. The show was amazing, and I would definitely go again.
